Dear valued Tomato Flash customer,
If you encounter any problems concerning use of Tomato Flash products, please read through our "FAQ" section first or send your questions to our customer service centre at service@tomatoflash.com, as those may help you in resolving the problems more efficiently. Meanwhile, you may refer to the "warranty policy" section which provides alternative ways to return products. You may choose a product return method which is more convenient to you. And if you would like to request an online RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization), please follow the instructions to finish the return process.

Please Note:
This RMA system is for end-users only. If you are a reseller, please contact your local distributor to request for product replacement.
Please make sure that the RMA product is within the warranty period. If you are unsure, please check "warranty policy" section or contact us at service@tomatoflash.com.
Tomato Flash and the customer shall share the shipping charges equally. Firstly, the customer shall pay for the shipping costs to return the product. Then, Tomato Flash will be in responsibility for paying the shipping costs as sending back the product to the customer.

If you are uncertain of your product code, please check the product number label on the back of the package.
Alternative, you could refer to our products' information pages.

Please make sure that the quantity and the product code is correct in the RMA request process.

If you have more than one products to return, and they belong to different products. Please specifsic the Product Name and Product Code individually and use "comma"(,) to separate. And in the Quantity field, you only need to fill in the total amount. If you experience any problems when applying for the RMA request, please contact us directly.
